Bring - glass cutter, pliers, safety glasses, notebook, felt pen, brass pen, Dust mask. You will need to purchase the compatible glass for the projects that we do in class
All materials may be purchased on site. |

Description: |
Examine the tools for cutting glass, Glass cutter, band saws, circle cutters, beveling machines as well as the use of each tool. We will also cover the computer, kiln & firing schedules for fusing, slumping & annealing. We will address glass compatibility & assembly, along with the making of, and use of, powders, frits, confetti & stringers. |

Projects Include: |
Day one will make a 8" plate or bowl, project two will be a 12" plate or bowl. Day 2 will be to finish a 12" plate and slump the 8" bowl or plate. |
